Changing the language
From the landing page, tap SETTINGS. Tap LANGUAGE and choose your language to play in.
How to find your Player ID
Your Player ID is a unique number associated with your account. This can help our team better find issues if you have to contact support. It can be found in the game by tapping on SETTINGS.
Increase player level
You gain XP by playing chapters. As your level progresses you'll receive new titles and badges.
Restart Story
Restarting the story returns you to the beginning and completely resets your progress. This can be done by tapping the circular arrow button next to the Resume Story or Resume Chapter button.
Restart Chapter
You may choose to replay any chapter that you have started or completed during your current playthrough. This can be done by clicking the circular arrow button next to the Resume Story or Resume Chapter button and selecting the chapter you wish to replay. Be aware that choosing to replay a chapter will erase all progress beyond the chapter selected to replay.
Having a problem with the game? Here are fixes to try for common problems.
If your game stops working, won't respond, or closes suddenly:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.
Restart your device, then try again.
Check for available game updates and install them, then try again.
If your game doesn't perform well, lags, or visually skips or stutters:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.

If you don't get any sound or the volume is too quiet:
Check your device's volume or sound settings. If your device has a Mute, Silent, or Do Not Disturb mode make sure it's off.
If the game has its own sound settings, check if they're on and turned up.
If your device is connected to a speaker or headphones using Bluetooth, try turning Bluetooth off and back on.
If the sound is choppy or stutters:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.
Check for available game updates and install them, then try again.
