注意：若有多張禮卡，消費時系統將依兌換順序，一次使用一張禮卡。 如果第一張禮卡餘額不足以支付該月的訂閱費用時，系統會使用第二張禮卡來支付差額，因此您可能會看到兩筆禮卡扣款。

如果無法兌換 Netflix 禮卡或禮卡受損，請依照以下步驟操作。

若您在其他國家/地區購買 Netflix 禮卡，只要您的 Netflix 收費貨幣與禮卡相同，就可以使用該禮卡。

  1. 若要查看 Netflix 禮卡餘額，請前往 netflix.com/redeem。

若您沒有登記其他付款方式，在禮卡全額用畢前您都可繼續觀賞 Netflix。 餘額快用完時，我們會提醒您。

  • 若要繼續觀賞 Netflix，只需在餘額用完前新增禮卡或付款方式。

  • 如果您更換方案類型，可用餘額的收費費率也會隨之更改。

  • 如果您取消帳戶，在禮卡餘額用畢前仍可繼續觀賞 Netflix。 禮卡不可退款。


兌換禮卡後，您可隨時在收費細節或會員資格頁面查看您的可用餘額。

若您更換方案，或者所在地的稅費或其他費用改變，都可能影響每月從您贈禮餘額折抵的金額，導致餘額用完的日期變動。 帳戶頁面顯示的日期會隨著最新資訊更新。

您若透過第三方付費，一樣可以將禮卡存入帳戶，但此法不適用於透過 Apple 付款或使用內含 Netflix 的服務方案。

  • 如果您透過 Apple 付款，且想要使用 Netflix 禮卡，則必須先取消 Netflix 帳戶，待帳戶關閉後，再使用您的禮卡重新啟用帳戶。

  • 如果您使用內含 Netflix 的方案或方案加值服務，您可先保留禮卡，等您的帳戶不再與任何方案連結之後再使用。 您也可以在其他 Netflix 帳戶存入禮卡。

若要兌換 Netflix 禮卡，請依照以下步驟操作。

若禮卡金額不足以支付目前方案月費全額，我們會按天數比例對帳戶收取費用。

兌換禮卡後，最久約需 60 分鐘的時間才能解除帳戶的暫停狀態。
