Consider this news fresh from the oven: Is It Cake? Holiday — a special yuletide edition of the baking competition Is It Cake? — will be served on Nov. 28.
As always, the bakers will be creating cakes shaped into realistic replicas of common objects, and celebrity judges will be guessing which of them are fondant-covered fake-outs. But, over the four episodes of Is It Cake? Holiday, all the treats will be sculpted into festive winter items, such as ice skates, wreaths, nutcrackers, and more.

Is It Cake? Holiday is a limited series that will bring back nine All-Star Bakers from the series’ three seasons for a truly tinseled-out showdown. The competing bakers from Season 1 will be Jonny Manganello, winner Andrew Fuller, and April Julian. The bakers representing Season 2 will be winner Elizabeth Rowe, Miko Kaw Hok Uy, and Danya Smith. And, following a deliciously deceptive Season 3 this past spring, bakers Henderson Gonzalez (winner), Grace Pak, and Jujhar Mann will return for their shot at the ultimate grand cash prize.

The celebrity guest judges who will have the distinct privilege of asking themselves “Is it cake?” include Rachel Bloom, Wayne Brady, Sebastian Maniscalco, Hannah Berner, Tiffany Haddish, Devon Walker, James Austin Johnson, Chris Witaske, Sasheer Zamata, Terry Crews, Punkie Johnson, and Randall Park. Saturday Night Live cast member Mikey Day returns as the host. The series is produced by Alfred Street Industries and executive producers include Dan Cutforth, Jane Lipsitz, Nan Strait, Dan Volpe, Andrew Wallace, and Cat Sullivan.

Can’t wait until November? In the meantime, get reacquainted with each of the previous seasons’ winners and finalists before they bake it and fake it — all three seasons of Is It Cake? are streaming on Netflix now.
