One of WWE’s greatest traditions resulted in a monumental Saturday. The 39th annual Royal Rumble had heartbreaking endings, surprise entrants, and electric debuts. Is AJ Styles retired from WWE?

Yes. Styles put his career on the line in a match against Gunther at the Royal Rumble. The stipulation was simple — if Styles loses the match, he must retire. After a back-and-forth clash, Gunther put Styles in a sleeper hold to score the victory.

Who attacked Bron Breakker?

Breakker was ambushed by a mystery attacker at the 2026 Royal Rumble. The masked, hooded figure assaulted Breakker with a superkick and stomp prior to the match, leading to Breakker quickly being eliminated by Femi. The surprise attacker’s identity has not yet been revealed.

Who is Royce Keys?

Formerly known as Powerhouse Hobbs, Keys debuted in the 2026 Royal Rumble. He entered at #14 and immediately showcased his strength, suggesting he’ll have a big impact and make waves within the WWE moving forward.
