Little is known about the mysterious Abby Saja — primary dancer for the demon boy band Saja Boys — except for one thing: The guy has abs of steel. When we first see him in human form, his muscles are so big he’s bursting out of his signature floral button-up. It makes the HUNTR/X crew giddy, but by the end of the film, his gym body might not be able to save him from defeat.
Even if you’ve watched KPop Demon Hunters more times than you can count — and legions of fans have — there’s always more to learn about your favorite boulder-shouldered demon, even though in his case beauty really is skin deep.
Name: Abby Saja. He’s named after — you guessed it — his abdominal muscles.
Position: Primary dancer and chief dreamboat of the demon boy band Saja Boys
Age: A centuries-old demon, but thanks to his workout regiment, he’s clearly aging in reverse.
Played by: Voiced by SungWon Cho in the English-language version, with Neckwav as the singing voice.
Weapon of choice: His shirt-popping, swoon-worthy six-pack

Gwi-Ma: The manipulative demon overlord who owns his soul
Saja Boys: His bandmates and fellow demon idols
Jinu: The leader of Saja Boys
Mira and Zoey: The HUNTR/X members whose eyes turn to popcorn every time he’s around

Abby first emerges in the demon world alongside Jinu during a meeting with Gwi-Ma, in which Jinu outlines his plan to create a rival K-pop boy band, Saja Boys, to challenge HUNTR/X. In human form, Abby quickly catches Mira and Zoey’s eyes — which turn to popcorn when they see his bulging muscles — in an alleyway. The definition and contours of his torso are so famous he even offers sketches of them as autographs for fans. But when he tries to destroy HUNTR/X, Mira fights back, slashing him across the abdomen and declaring, “No more abs!”
“That one’s always looking at me” (31:25) — referring to Mira and Zoey, whose eyes turn to popcorn whenever he’s around.
