In 2018, David Carter, a 39-year-old single father, vanished from his home in Melvindale, Michigan. Just days later, his dismembered body was found in three separate bags along Interstate 75 in Ohio. David was last seen by his girlfriend of six months, Tammy Williams. Authorities quickly detained Williams — a former travel agent — and named her as a person of interest. But days later, due to lack of evidence, she was released. Williams went on the run, and authorities have no idea where she’s hiding. But someone knows where she is.
