The Juicy First 5 Minutes of ‘Partner Track’ Are Now on the Docket

Watch Arden Cho as an ambitious young lawyer juggling her career goals and a steamy personal life.

    Aug. 24, 2022

In Partner Track, Ingrid Yun (Arden Cho) stands out among her fellow corporate lawyers headed to their midtown Manhattan offices: Like them she’s wearing a suit, but hers is pink in a sea of black and navy. The visual metaphor is strong and also apt in her introduction — which you can watch above because Tudum is debuting the first five minutes of the series premiere ahead of the show’s Aug. 26 premiere.

Two people standing together indoors, one with an arm around the other. The environment has decorative bubble shapes hanging from the ceiling and soft lighting, creating a whimsical and cozy atmosphere.

The breezy new legal drama follows Ingrid and her hard-working colleagues as they vie for the title of junior partner at prestigious New York law firm Parsons Valentine. In the opening moments of the series, you’ll get the lay of the land at Ingrid's office. Who’s Ingrid’s biggest competition for partner? Who are her allies? And how exactly does she know the new transfer to the office? (That answer is a little more, ahem, intimate than you might expect.)

Watch the first five minutes above to learn what a “bakkushan” is, and then tune in for the series when the 10-episode first season drops Friday on Netflix.
