Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) has never found a school strong enough to hold her. Will Nevermore Academy finally pass the test? Watch the first 10 minutes of Wednesday right now to watch this “little storm cloud” enroll at her parents’ alma mater.
Wednesday follows the eldest child of the Addams clan in her first year at the outcast-filled boarding school, where she contends with her emerging psychic abilities, a murderous monster on the loose and the mystery that embroiled her parents, Gomez (Luis Guzmán) and Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones), at Nevermore 25 years ago. Scariest of all? The possibility of maybe making some friends with the other students along the way.

Unlike other Addams Family stories, this series “focuses on Wednesday,” series co-creator and co-showrunner Alfred Gough says.
Compared to past versions of the character, he adds, “you’re seeing her at a different point in her life, when she’s 16 years old. You understand the family. But then it’s also her out on her own now. It’s kind of a new family — the family of her friends at school.”
See how Wednesday navigates it all when Wednesday’s eight woe-filled episodes premiere on Wednesday, Nov. 23.
